Esmeralda PLLC currently offers individual psychotherapy appointments to adults (18+). Each appointment is scheduled for 53 minutes & is scheduled in advance. Appointments can be in-person at Esme’s Office, or online at Esme’s virtual office.

Individual Intake Assessment ……….$200/session

Individual Psychotherapy ………………….$150/session

Payment

In order to provide a payment options that remains accessible, Esmeralda PLLC has three payment structures to choose from. To get clarity on your specific situation, please send Esmeralda a message using the contact me section of this website.

(1) Insurance Based Pay

Esmeralda is in-network with BlueCross BlueShield, HealthPartners, & Aetna. If you would like to use your health insurance to cover services, please send us a message!

(2) Private Pay

You can pay directly for services.

(2) Sliding-Scale

If barriers are in place that limit your financial well-being & access to health insurance, please send a message asking about sliding scale rates. A limited amount of sliding-scale appointments are available. If you would like to work together, but feel financially limited, please ask about sliding-scale availability! Typically, sliding scale rates often fall between $75-120. A good faith estimate will be provided once a rate has been determined, so you are never surprised with a bill.
